Cancellation Policy

  • 48-Hour Cancellation Policy: We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations of any booked services or purchases. The following conditions apply:

  • Cancellations Made Outside 24 Hours: If you cancel your service or order more than 24 hours before the scheduled time or delivery date, you are eligible for a full refund or credit towards a future purchase or booking.

  • Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours: If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled time or delivery date, no refunds will be issued. However, you may be eligible for a 50% credit towards a future purchase or booking.

  • No-Shows or Missed Appointments: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment or to receive a scheduled delivery without prior notice will result in no refund or credit.

Limitation of Liability
